Match the machine to the part

A short way to narrow the Hardwell range before you ask for a quote.

Start with the part, not the catalog. The shape, the material and the output decide which family is even relevant.

Milled housings and brackets usually point to the CNC machining center or the vertical milling machine. Round parts point to the CNC lathe. Flat profiles point to the laser cutter, formed panels to the press brake, and plastic housings to the injection molding machine.

Industry context still matters. The same bracket can sit in automotive, aerospace, electronics, metalworking or construction work, and that changes the duty even when the machine family stays the same.

Travel, spindle and control are not listed as general numbers here. Those stay confirmed for the project. Send the part from the contact page.
